- Sales/Customer Care Representative
Position Description: to provide a high level of service to each parent and dog that utilizes any of Biscuits & Bath's wide array of services and to drive incremental SALES. You will be responsible for receiving and making phone calls in order to take reservations, handle customer inquiries and drive incremental sales for the business in a manner that ensures that each dog in our care has the best experience possible. This position requires a high-level of ongoing enthusiasm, significant attention to detail, and the ability to proactively solicit incremental business. The expectation is that you will spend a minimum of 6 hours on the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Taking reservations accurately
- Handling customer inquiries
- Resolving customer disputes
- Ensuring accurate collections of account balances
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer information
- Maintaining a database of fun day photos and membership card photos for each dog
- Communicating with drivers regarding transportation
- Sales
- Selling additional products and services to parents at the time of reservation
- Proactively contacting customers based on past patterns to generate new sales
- Signing up new members or customers
- Upselling customers to packages based on usage patters
- Notifying clients of specials or rewards point opportunities
- Other
- Generating reports to analyze customer activity and develop leads
- Maintaining the list of regular customers
- Billing customer packages on a monthly basis
- Collecting overdue amounts from customers
- Completing other tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager

Commitment: This position requires a commitment of a minimum of one full year with the expectation of a longer tenure. The expectation is that this position will require a minimum of 45 to 50 hours per week on average, although you may be requested to work longer on occasion if needed. You will also be expected to work weekends and during holiday periods.
Compensation: 40k (May vary depending on experience) Medical benefits, 401k with company match, Metro Card Benefits, Dog Care Discounts, Major bonus and commission opportunity. Total employment packet estimated $110
