Job Description

The qualified candidate for this position will be selling our services to hotel chains as well as local managers and chief engineers
The successful candidate will be utilizing verbal communication skills and some mechanical knowledge to establish a trusting relationship with customers.
A relationship that will bring customers to call on him when the need arises.
Possess a strong work ethic and sense of pride in working for a high quality company.

Requirements/Qualifications
At least 2yrs of proven track record of success of sales
B2B Sales experience/Door-to-Door/New Business
Strong oral and some written communication skills
Computer Savvy
Must be detail oriented
Preferable some background in the mechanical trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing Etc.)
Must have the ability to work independently and be self - motivated
Must have a valid driver's license and access to dependable transportation

Pay -- Salary draw against unlimited commissions. Health benefits, vacations. Holidays
Some training for specialized fields will be provided
Set you own work schedule and hours.
