This is a position for a "can do" person who can "roll up their sleeves" and "get the job done."

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:
? Coordinating day to day activities of a busy office.
? Managing work crew schedules.
? Data entry.
? Light accounting using QuickBooks (we will train if necessary).
? Customer service.
? Answering phones.
? Filing paperwork.

Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years experience managing a small office.
? Strong computer skills (MS Office; Word, Excel, email, internet, etc).
? Social Media & Image Management
? Resolves minor issues, conflicts or problems independently.
? Demonstrates an optimistic viewpoint that anticipates positive outcomes.
