More infoCorporate office seeks Office Hospitality Manager to help implement and oversee hoteling, a large-scale workspace allocation program that conserves office space by having employees use revolving temporary stations rather than permanent offices. Because position is at corporate headquarters in the initial phases of hoteling, applicants must have supreme organizational, interpersonal, and hospitality skill sets. Candidates must not only demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with administrative and maintenance services, but also support senior management.

Responsibilities include:
? Managing cubicle reservation system.
? Liaising between vendors and contractors.
? Training new staff.
? Improving customer service.

Requirements include:
? Familiarity with office technologies including audio visual, printing, LAN, etc.,and advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.
? A demonstrated history of service-level management and at least four years of leadership experience in office management and office hoteling.

Preferred but not required:
? Hospitality experience in conventional hotel management.
? Four-year college degree or equivalent.
