Prior Cleaning Experience Not required

MaidPro service professionals are responsible for full service house cleaning that may include getting on hands and knees and lifting or carrying up to 30 lbs. Are you willing and able to do this? Basic Responsibilities:

Employees need to be able to communicate proficiently in English with customers & office staff.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States?

MaidPro will do a full criminal background check on you.
You must be able to arrive at MaidPro for dispatch between 8:00 AM and 9:00AM every workday

You must be available during normal business hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Saturday)
*The wage for this position is $10hr for the first 60 days PLUS Tips.
Then the rate increases to $11/hr. PLUS Tips.
Training is paid at $9/hr

*Hourly wage is only used to determine the FLAT RATE paid per job
Reimbursement for travel time to and from jobs is included in the FLAT RATE paid per job.

**$8 -$9 equivalent earnings on 40hrs. of availability is based on the physical hours worked plus the average travel time between homes, whereas an employee may spend up to 40hrs in the field per week.

We estimate an average of 30 minutes travel time between homes.
Additionally, you are reimbursed $2.50 per home for MTA expenses.
Your FLAT RATE includes time spent traveling between homes.
You must be 18 years of age or older.

Candidates that are a fit for this position can come down to our office on any Wednesday between 1 pm and 3 pm only.
Please do not arrive before 1 pm.
