Duties The InterAction Specialist will play a leading role in creating strategy for and managing the firm's InterAction program.? Specifically, this individual will be responsible for raising awareness of and promoting the capabilities of the CRM system, as well as the ongoing administration of the database.? This individual will also be responsible for the firm's email marketing activities, including distributions related to client events and client alerts.? Enter data into CRM database for contacts, companies, engagements and opportunities and monitorFor accuracy and completenessPerform data quality research using internal and external resources and proof users' data change requestsSegment database for targeted events and e-mailingsCreate, utilize and maintain folders and lists used in firm e-mailings to clientsTrain attorneys, secretaries and other end users and encourage increased/enhanced usage of CRMGenerate ideas to consistently enhance the value of the database and its contents for usersRemain aware of current CRM, direct mail and business development-related trends/best practices and apply when necessaryAssist with firm-sponsored events?
