NYC Food Handler's Certificate
Extensive knowledge in quality control and expediting
Manage & teach kitchen staff and direct meal preparation or all food preparation: serving sizes, create, plan menu and order foods and supplies.
Food Costing, Cost Control, P&L.
Strong aesthetic and plating skills
Ability to multi-task & problem solve
Creativity and willingness to learn and present new and different dishes
Must have knowledge of Excel, Word
