Select ULTA stores will now feature a Benefit boutique complete with brow waxing services and Benefit cosmetic products. To bring the Benefit experience to life in our stores, we are looking for ESTHETICIANS or COSMETOLOGISTS who give great customer service, love to sell and thrive on providing customers with fantastic brows.
We offer a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to earn tips. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. If you have the qualifications below, the Benefit Brow Bar may be for you!
? Ability to engage passive customers in an open retail environment to demonstrate, recommend and sell services and products.
? Proficiency in brow and facial waxing techniques.
? Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
? Ability to communicate effectively.
? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
? Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
? Current Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
