Description:
We seek a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team and become a lead field manager.

Requirements:
3+ years experience in construction field
Minimum 1 year in a managerial roll
proficient in reading plans and estimating project
Fluent in Spanish and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point)
Ability to hold sales meetings, write proposals, supervise both commercial and residential projects
CAD experience

Must Have:
Their own transportation to and from the office and be able to drive to various job sites
Their own laptop with wireless internet capabilities
Their own cell/smart phone
Their own camera
Business Attire
