More infoWe are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Night Time Call Center.

Our Night Time Call Center operations from 6:30 PM till 3:00 AM, 7 Days a Week. Each night is split into two 6 hour shifts: 6:30PM - 12:00AM and 10:00PM - 3:00AM. If you are unable to work one of these shifts, please do not apply of this position.

The basic position will be responsible for answering phone calls from our customers and placing orders in our system for them. You will provide an amazing customer service experience while getting all the required information to place the order correctly. Polite and friendly phone etiquette is required and ability to work on a computer are both keys to the position. Completing reports based on the shift will also be required. Answering questions and finding answers will also be a part of the position. The final aspect of the position is answering customer service emails.
