Blazing Saddles Bike Rentals & Tours is hiring and we are looking for a few great people to join our team. Our ideal candidates will be high energy, customer service oriented people who are excited to share everything that New York City has to offer to visitors and locals alike. Whether it's riding the Manhattan Waterfront Greenway, Central Park or biking across the Brooklyn Bridge to explore Brooklyn Bridge Park, our goal is to encourage our guests to take advantage of some of the best bicycling in the world.
Bike Mechanic Position: Our bikes are going to get a lot of use, and will need general repair fairly regularly. We are looking for someone with several years' experience wrenching who can work with a variety of bikes. Our mechanics' first priority will always be our customers, so someone who loves working with customers first and bikes second is the best fit for us.We need people who love interacting with the public, who can be loud and outgoing and love being outside all day long. We have two locations in Manhattan and our employees will work at both locations.
We are also looking for at least one of our new staff members to have a valid drivers license and experience driving a van with a trailer.
