Job Description :
New York office seeks a class of 2008-2009 restructuring and insolvency attorney. Candidate should have extensive experience in major Chapter 11 bankruptcies and restructurings whether from debtor and/or creditor side. Should also have familiarity with pleadings and bankruptcy court proceedings. U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required.
