Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answer multiple phones lines and scheduling depositions
- Setup and manage video conferences
- Organize and maintain conference room set up
- Meet, greet and assist clients
- General office duties (ordering and handling office supplies etc.)
- Provide administrative support to multiple individuals (assist with shipping
and scheduling deliveries, etc.)
Skills required:
? Basic computer proficiencies (Word, Excel, Adobe)
? Have excellent customer service skills
? Must be detailed oriented
? Able to work under pressure
? Able to handle multiple duties
? Have good verbal and writing skills
? Strong organization skills
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Reflect the ability to work harmoniously with others
? Must be energetic, lively with a positive attitude and be self motivated
