Responsibilities include scheduling, training and monitoring the performance your staff as well as inventory control and display. Successful candidate must meet and maintain sales goals and ensure that the staff is delivering a high level of customer service on a consistent basis

Also included is direct, heavy interface with our loyal and savvy customers on issues requiring management approval or policy decisions. You must present an excellent appearance with regards to dress and grooming, be extremely well spoken and articulate and constantly be an effective professional role model for the individuals under your control.

We want a great team leader who can imbue the staff with energy and enthusiasm. We have raised the bar in terms of what we require and expect from our staff and seek an individual who can build a team who are the best in the market - confident, courteous, well spoken and proud of their performance.

Management experience in a fashion retail environment is a must and weekend schedules are required. If you do not have management experience, you will not be considered. This is a position where you will be on your feet all day with multi-tasking, so good energy level is important for success.
