Responsibilities include:
* Managing the salon team of stylists, colorists, makeup artists, manicurists and administrative staff.
* Training and developing staff.
* Set periodic service and product sales goals and objectives
* Maintaining inventory of products for client services.
* Identifying and maintaining an inventory of best-selling retail products.
* Ensure that the standards of care and comfort are maintained throughout the salon.
Qualifications:
? Qualified candidates should have proven leadership ability in upscale salon, or fashion/beauty industry with a minimum of 3-5+ years
? Having management and operations experience in a customer service business.
? Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, well spoken, friendly and knowledgeable about the beauty industry and current marketing trends.
? Leader who has managed a team of Stylists/colorists and front desk
? Successful in implementing marketing and sales strategies from corporate.
? Must have the proven ability to hire, direct and coordinate the training of staff
? Must be computer savvy (Knowledge of Salon Iris program is a plus) and able to work flexible hours
? Bilingual is a plus. Please specify languages.
