Real Estate Book Keeper (REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED !!!!!!!!!!!)

More infoWe are looking for a Book Keeper for a Real Estate Investment and Management Company. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm. Must, absolutely Must have experience in Real Estate, DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY BOOK KEEPING EXPERIENCE WORKING IN REAL ESTATE. Requirements include but are not limited to, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel), QuickBooks, and Preferably Tenant Pro (this is the system that we use). Major functions and duties include but are not limited to processing Mortgage Payments, Utility payments and reconciliation and trial balances, and collections, etc. We are looking for someone extremely and Obsessively well organized, to the level of being Obsessive Compulsive (if you do have OC disorder, PLEASE apply). We NEED someone who is highly tech proficient, in more then just Microsoft Office, We would HIGHLY HIGHLY prefer additional knowledge and skills in Programming and web design. The more Tech Knowledge and I.T knowledge you have, the better (ability to set up Networks would be a strong plus). We are also very smoker friendly, so we would be more then glad if you smoke and apply. A strong Tech background is preferred, but a Real Estate Background is REQUIRED. If you have any Real Estate Certifications or Licenses, please note then on your resume. We are looking specifically for a Book Keeper who is very highly tech savvy with a real estate background and who has thick skin to deal with disgruntled tenants, and vendors and the like. Compensation/Pay is between $20 per hour (basic requirements met like real estate experience and knowledge of Microsoft excel, quickbooks, etc) and $25 per hour (MEANING A VERY STRONG TECH BACKGROUND WITH LOTS OF I.T. EXPERIENCE AND WEB DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING SKILLS in addition to basic requirements).
