Job Description Objective:
The objective of this position is to improve our current operations, to make them more efficient through implementation and integration of better software and technology. Additionally, the candidate is expected to implement new processes to fulfill our company's mission and goals.

Taking directions from CEO to implement strategies and processes
Communicating with Technology Integrators and Vendors to improve or create new processes
Implementing new shipping procedures to cut costs and reduce errors
Improve process for entering new items to inventory to ensure best practices and accuracy such as adding related items to cross-sell and unique content
Assisting in choosing technologies and software vendors
Putting together and reviewing customer service reporting Metrics with CEO of company to improve the training process, customer experience and sales conversion
Assisting in E-Commerce strategy development
Help creating training processes related to merchandising strategies and purchasing
Implementing an automated repricing strategy to optimize profit margins and ensure inventory is moving quickly (Primarily in online marketplaces)

Skills:
High level detailed understanding of E-Commerce and Technology
Knowledge in Reseller Marketplaces (Ebay, Amazon etc)
Knowledge in Marketing
Knowledge in Customer service and customer experience
Understanding of profit margins and expenses
Understanding of Technology and the ability to integrate/implement it
Ability to implement and co-ordinate the improvement of warehouse/shipping operations with the co-ordination of specialists
Capable of implementing processes and strategies with teams and individuals
Must be experienced working in a wireless retail environment
Able to maintain balance from online and retail sales
This position is focused on providing complete visibility for all aspects of the business without fail - such as financials, reporting, purchasing, sales trends etc.
