Located one hour north of Manhattan, in the heart of Fairfield County, Connecticut, ELM will feature modern American cuisine, rooted in tradition and inspired by the seasons. Our daily changing menu will rely upon a close network of small farms and artisan producers, sourced both locally and throughout America. Together, our food, wine, handcrafted cocktails and exceptional service will embody luxury, comfort and small town charm.
The beverage program at ELM will focus on the craft of the cocktail: both classic and modern, relying upon seasonal ingredients, using all fresh juices as well as house made mixers and tonics. Our soft cocktails will provide a wonderful compliment to the menu for our lunch guests.
Qualifications:
? Candidates should have at least 3 years experience as a lead bartender/mixologist in an upscale restaurant.
? Ability to work an open schedule; i.e. mornings, nights, weekends & holidays.
? Must have a thorough understanding of all classic cocktails as well as an in depth repertoire of seasonal cocktails.
? Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable and self motivated.
? Desire to continuously learn, grow and strive to create a positive and fulfilling atmosphere.
