Small midtown firm seeking attorneys to serve as Of Counsel in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Work mostly from your own office or home.
Familiarity with one or more of the following practice areas also helpful:
- foreclosure defense, mortgage modifications, real estate closings
- credit card defense and consumer rights, bankruptcy
- corporate Litigation, Business Law
- landlord tenant litigation, lease drafting
- personal injury, car accidents, slip and fall, etc.
- family law, divorce, child custody, prenuptial agreements
- health care, wills trusts & estates
- Appeals
- immigration
- taxation
- state/federal court rules of civil procedure &/or making court appearances

Compensation:
- $125 for client interview (at my office or yours) and brief office memo.
- $50 - $150 per set of court papers
- $100 per court appearance
- additional compensation for complex matters.

CLERICAL

Seeking law clerks, paralegals or attorneys to file papers in court and copy court files.

Ideal candidates are those who are in court on a regular basis.

The compensation will be $15 for the first assignment, $10 for each additional within same court on same day, plus copy machine fees. Some exceptions apply. Transportation will not be reimbursed.

After filing or coping documents, you will need to promptly fax, mail, or bring me copies.

Experience is required.
