We need an expert from outside the organization, because we focus on digital. We require an experienced, action-oriented, tenacious, Direct Mail/Direct Marketing pro to come in, quickly understand the business challenges of our clients, and immediately lead several high-profile projects. Duties include: recommending projects that align with revenue and profitability goals, being the leader who indicates what segments are the most effective targets based on CRM/database knowledge, scoping out the projects (form and function of pieces, specs, quantities, paper #), indicating likely rate of response, working with creative teams to see the work move through the agency, optimizing the approach with key learnings, and being the client-facing DM/Offline lead. Back-end/press checks not required. Position could grow into leading other traditional tactics (telemarketing, DRTV), in alignment with overall brand strategy that we determine. The right candidate will be a self-starter who understands responsiveness and senses of urgency in demanding environments.
