We're seeking an Digital Marketer to play a pivotal role in the growth of our interactive agency. You are entrepreneurial, analytical and creative. You will be in charge of strategic planning and execution of an integrated marketing plan for TVI and eventually our clients. You will strategize with our team, plan, implement and optimize campaigns across multiple channels including inbound marketing, blogging, PPC, SEO, email, mobile and social media.
This is a 3 month contract position with the position turning into a full time position after contract based on performance. Performance will be measured by your and ability to increase web traffic and leads, and to increase sales. Responsibilities Develop and manage an integrated marketing plan for TVI including but not limited to inbound marketing, blogging, PPC, SEO, email, mobile and social media
Support sales team with lead generation
Serve as a brand enthusiast for TVI's suite of services
Tasks Create, test and optimize landing pages and media channels
Enable sales team to sell to more educated prospects by managing nurturing content & programs tailored to specific vertical markets & segments with an initial focus on hospitality and food and beverage Improve TVI marketing materials through effective copywriting and positioning Use and maintain CRMs and marketing automation systems Create new marketing offerings for clients with an emphasis on social media, mobile and email marketing Research and identify attractive new verticals Work closely with small and medium sized businesses
Qualifications B.A. or B.S. degree Analytical, quantitative, and savvy about how to use data to drive decisions Superior communications skills Proficient in management and marketing software (MS Office Suite, Google Apps, CRMs) Experience working with small business owners, marketers, and executives Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently Evidence that you are a Top Producer Organized and detail oriented enough to manage projects with many moving parts Creative, open minded thinker with willingness to work in a small entrepreneurial environment Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm You bring your ideas to the table, work autonomously and don't require hand holding Even better if you have. . . Experience marketing web applications or technology products
