Cookie Decorator and Baker! (Jersey City)

We are a small, artisanal business with extremely high standards and design quality, looking for cookie decorators committed to excellence. We work exclusively with Royal Icing--piping, flooding, painting--and prefer candidates to have strong pastry bag/pastry syringe skills and experience with Royal.

This is a 3/4-time position, year-round, Monday to Thursday only. (Hey, no week-ends!) And this is production only; we do not serve customers onsite.

Baker MUST have experience working with cookie cutters--rolling out and cutting dough--and needs to be very organized, efficient and a clean worker. Flexible days and hours.

Our facility is extremely convenient to the City--we are steps (literally!) from the PATH station--and though small, we provide a pleasant environment and a great opportunity to stretch your creative chops.
