Small, very busy catering company is looking for a catering delivery manager. This person would primarily be in charge of organizing all delivery schedules and daily pack out procedures- ensuring that all food, beverage and catering supplies are going to the right places at the right time. This person will also be going to most set ups- must have a good eye for detail- catering/event set ups are very specific as our aesthetic is VERY important.

Duties:
- organizing delivery drivers, schedules, timing, event calendar
- in charge of food pack out (MOST IMPORTANT)
- drive to catering jobs and set up catering (must have license/able to drive in NYC)
- manage a small team efficiently
- light admin work might be added to job if applicable

Qualities:
- MUST be uber organized as this is a very fast paced job with many many details to be aware of
- must be proactive- there is ALWAYS something to be done
- must be assertive and comfortable taking charge
- MULTITASKER
- young and energetic- tend to have longer days, starting EARLY in the am
- able to lift around 50 lbs
