Account Manager - Managed Services
Responsibilities:
Services delivery lead, quarterbacking day-to-day interaction with clients and Sales teamsClear digital marketing expert, with in-depth knowledge of the industry and ability to use data, trends, and market insights, to develop strategic recommendationsDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of client's business goals and challengesConsistently keep Sales and internal teams informed of relevant account happenings and client conversations verbally and/or in writingAct as primary client contact to troubleshoot and resolve client issuesWork closely with Sales team to expand client's business by identifying opportunities and renewalsOwn and organize internal teams to deliver complex campaign engagements, including project managing and communicating updates internally and externallyRequirements:
Excellent qualitative and quantitative skills to understand business information used by clients in their day-to-day activitiesCommunicate all client feedback internally to align customer business priorities and improve our overall offeringHighly responsive and detailed with all communications, escalating appropriatelyStrong understanding of all campaign management aspects and technologies, including ad serving, creative types & pixelsSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal.Ambitious self-starter, who leads by example?
