RoadRunner Recycling thinks outside the box and we are on a mission to create an important recycling company that positively and fundamentally changes the way we recycle in America. RoadRunner offers a game changing technology with high tech power that will recycle goods with recycled manpower. The challenge: grow RoadRunner from an early stage recycling company to the most notable name in the industry.

The Hunter role is the first step in the process. We are looking for motivated individuals that are serious about growing the business. Hunters are hungry and committed to being an expert on the value of RoadRunner and a master of conveying our message to customers.

The Role:

• Hunters are based out of our headquarters in New York City
• Prospect, identify, and engage decision makers in assigned launch city via the internet and lead generating databases that will be provided to you
• Effectively communicate the RoadRunner message to decision makers and engage them in the value that we provide
• Schedule, coordinate and manage appointments for the Closer (Outside Sales) with targeted decision makers in assigned launch city
• Meet monthly sales targets according to the sales plan

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
• 0-2 years of sales experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Team player committed to growing the company
• Contribute to the RoadRunner culture
