Normal Ears is seeking a motivated individual to be Retail Store Clerk (Greeter and Fitter) to set the tone and greet the customer who is entering Normal's flagship in Chelsea.
You enjoy engaging with people and making them feel comfortable and welcome. You want to be part of creating a fast paced, disruptive, company that is truly creating the much talked about " future of retail."
Transform Normal Retail Store visitors into loyal Normal customers. When customers enter the store, you're also the person who guides them through the store/factory.
Help create the energy and excitement around Normal custom earphones to each customer who enters.
Help visitors to the Normal Retail store get more out of our products by sharing knowledge and providing exceptional retail customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, you are instrumental to our success.
Greet customers / attendees of Normal events that will be hosted frequently at our our flagship.
At least 2+ years of retail experience at a premium brands or high end boutique.
You love, love, love talking to & pleasing customers.
You are an excellent communicator and love talking to all kinds of people.
You are super excited to join a startup that will disrupt the headphone industry.
You may be an audiophile. You may understand or have a passion for 3d printing.
You have strong attention to detail and are a self-starter.
You have a passion for building and innovating and are comfortable working in a fast paced fast changing environment.
Foreign language skills a plus but not required.
