The ideal candidate for both roles would have an avid interest in developing a career in the hair/beauty industry and has a friendly, outgoing and competent personality. FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Candidates should have experience in the hair industry and interest in becoming an assistant manager/manager. The coordinator's role is vital in ensuring the success of the salon and the coordinator is expected to uphold the brand of the company, greet guests as they arrive, assist stylists with ensuring that guests are happy and scheduling appointments accurately. The coordinator would also have the opportunity to assist management with special creative, marketing projects as part of their career growth. As the first person to greet our guests, you will play a large role in our guest experience. Above all, you must ensure that each guest receives exceptional service each time they enter our establishment. You will be responsible for managing the salon/spa floor during your shift and fully engage with our guests and stylists. Communication skills will be essential to being successful in this role.

Duties include:
* Ensure guest flow is properly managed
* Greet guests as they enter the salon
* Answer phones with a friendly, helpful demeanor
* Schedule appointments correctly and efficiently
* Support stylists and other technicians during guest services
* Assist guests in their product purchases/questions.

ASSISTANT
Assistants will have the opportunity to take part in the company's Stylist Training program. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for the industry along with great eagerness to learn and cultivate a progressive, lucrative career within our company. Experience within a top-tier salon is requested. Candidates will be expected to embody our brand image and carry it's philosophies throughout the entirety of their career. The ideal candidate would be reliable, positive, energetic and charismatic. They must have exceptional customer relation skills and must have a proactive approach to work and assisting.

Duties include:
* Assisting stylists with blowdrying and color treatments
* Shampooing and prepping guests for services
* Sweeping salon floors
* Ensuring that the salon is clean
* Greeting guests
* Participating in training program
