About the Position

An opportunity has arisen within this global organization to play a key leadership role in designing and delivering a world class recruitment strategy that will cover all levels of Recruitment, including Graduate to Executive hires, globally.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and implement a sound recruitment strategy for the global business
? Sourcing talent through a variety of methods including direct, social media, etc.
? Recruitment administration tasks including reporting, reference checking, updating electronic media and other general administration
? Deliver HR generalist support including developing and delivering key HR projects
? Providing recruitment and HR expertise when required to the wider global business

Key Skills

? Previous experience utilizing a variety of tools including social media to provide unique and engaging recruitment campaigns that ensure the best talent is attracted.
? Ability to partner with department managers to appoint best fit candidates
? Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines
? Excellent attention to detail
? Ability to work with minimal supervision?
? Ability to manage multiple functions, deadlines, and priorities

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
