Superstar Account Executive - Temp to Possible Perm (Flatiron)

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Client Services team.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:
? A passion for marketing and advertising, especially emerging media
? 2-3 years RELEVANT ADVERTISING/MARKETING AGENCY EXPERIENCE
? Experience in planning, developing and executing integrated advertising campaigns
? Project management experience; in the digital space (websites, mobile apps, etc.) a PLUS!
? Client-facing account lead experience
? Staff/Intern Management experience
? Strong writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities will include:
? Build and maintain strong, lasting Client relationships based on progress in achieving Client's marketing objectives
? Serve as primary Client contact on day-to-day development and implementation of marketing communications programs.
? Take lead in identifying areas of opportunity and presenting sound recommendations to team and Client
? Provide effective direction to ensure agency is properly managing Client expectations
? Create/manage project timelines
? Manage projects from inception through completion (project type range: traditional, digital, social)
? Liaise between Clients, creative, development and other departments
? Monitor effectiveness of campaigns, projects, etc.
? Continuously develop strategic, creative ideas for existing Clients and New Business

Qualifications:
? BA or BS in Communications, Advertising/Marketing, Business, or relevant
? Positive, pro-active, independent individual
? Self-starter who is highly attentive to detail, organized and able to multi-task
? Creative and situational thinker and communicator; easily adaptive and responsive to pressure
? Thrives in a fast-paced environment; can meet tight deadlines
