Duties:

Responsible for delivering an exceptional initial experience at all times as the main point of contact.

Promptly answers incoming calls in a professional, polite, upbeat, and articulate manner with consistent emphasis on superior service and attention.

Screen calls for simple procedural questions and answer effectively.

Direct calls to person requested by caller or that person's designate.

Check and forward all voice-mail messages in a timely manner.

Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and student mail out projects.

Schedule student appointments when necessary and update student information.

General clerical duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Cross train in all departments to assist as necessary.

Manage nightly phone call forwarding system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Can-do attitude

Ability to multitask
