REAL ESTATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT seeks individual to adminster LEASING CUSTOMER SERVICE activities for residential multi family APARTMENTS in Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens.

JOB DESCRIPTION EXAMPLES: Maintains constant contact with prospective tenants, filing new leases, tenant repairs, maintenance, following up with contractors, all tenant relations, rent collection, insurance policies, maintains resident records, tenant collections.

Must possess strong customer service and written, verbal & strong interpersonal communication skills.

All tenant relations (i.e. answering all phone calls from apartment leads, questions about the apartment, repairs, etc)

Constant contact with prospective tenants, strong customer service skills & sales mentality

Scheduling move ins & move out inspections for new tenants

Tenant repairs, maintenance & following up with contractors

Being resourceful & able to take initiative, strong multi-task skills, enthusiastic, energetic

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple & complex operational matters

Strong time management, follow-up, & organizational skills.

Superior keyboarding skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
