Metrica Relocations+ is seeking a Manager for Global Operations based at its corporate office in San Antonio, TX.

Metrica Relocations + (MR+) is a US-based global mobility company with a focus on challenging non-traditional locations in Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop procedures, policies and standards for program, associates and supporting vendor network

Generate service matrix criteria to measure service providers

Provide training/orientation for all new and established vendors

Develop and monitor compliance with standards of Service Level Agreement for participating Destination Service Provider (DSP) network

Generate, implement and monitor accreditation program, metric audits and technology platforms to support the program

Develop and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with service providers

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, government and international regulations

Work with team to develop RFP responses

Provide resolution for all service challenges

Identify and certify service providers in new locations

Identifies areas of cost control

Education and credentials:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
? 5+ years in the Global Mobility industry preferably in Operations and Vendor Management
? Ability to negotiate effectively and present solutions in a professional manner
? Ability to effectively guide and manage employees to ensure high level efficiencies and standards are met
? Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, organization and proficiency
? Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written.
? Proven team player.
? Ability to travel to service locations
