Outstanding career opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team! We are a rapidly growing autism center that provides services throughout Connecticut. We are seeking experienced and dedicated BCBAs to work in home programming, school consulting, and at the center. Candidate must have experience teaching or providing therapy to individuals with autism, and have BCBA certification!

Required Skills (including, but not limited to):
1. Ability to complete assessments including FBA/BIP, ABLLS, and VB-MAPP
2. Ability to implement positive behavior management systems to increase student behavior and skills
3. Ability to develop and monitor treatment plans - including developing goals; graphing and analyzing data to ensure client progress
4. Experience supervising ABA Therapists
5. Experience with conducting professional development trainings

Required Experience:
1. Master's Degree in Psychology, Education or BCBA related field
2. Current certification by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc
3. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
4. Training and experience in provision of school-based behavioral services
5. Supervisory experience preferred

The center has multiple, immediate openings for both full-time and part-time opportunities. Availability to work weekends is a plus, as well as the ability to work statewide (particularly in Fairfield and Litchfield Counties). Highly competitive compensation and benefit package available.
