Premier HealthCare, a system of 5 Outpatient medical practices serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, is seeking a Full-time Bilingual Spanish Medical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) to join our multi-disciplinary Outpatient Practice in the Pelham Bay section of the Bronx (near the #6 train & Hutchinson River Parkway).

Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and assistance with entitlements and benefits.
- Exhibit a strong area of knowledge and interest around issues of illness & disability and the impact of these issues on the family system.
- Candidate must be comfortable utilizing computer systems (i.e. NextGen).

Requirements:
- LMSW/LCSW
- Bilingual Spanish
- Previous healthcare experience
- Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus

Hours: Full-time.
