White Plains based real estate development company seeks experienced real estate professional on a part time, project basis to complete financial analysis and due diligence for commercial acquisitions. Applicant must have experience in the acquisition and analysis of hotel properties. Work will include initial site visits, market study, detailed property review, detailed property financial analysis, and development proposals (concepts) for the target property.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of professional real estate experience.
