We are looking for two good sales people with some experience in Advertising Sales and/or Directory Ad Sales that can prospect, pitch and close. With an emphasis on CLOSE.

MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.

Qualifications:
? Directory Advertising Sales Experience a Plus
? Outgoing, energetic and ambitious personality
? Two year degree required. Bachelor's degree in relevant area preferred. Work experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. Recent college graduates welcome.
? Prior inside sales experience, must be a Closer.
? Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
? Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
? Highly disciplined, motivated, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well-organized self-starter
? Team-oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include:
? Closing - Closing sales is #1.
? Prospecting - Finding prospects (potential clients) and initiating sales and marketing calls to qualified companies.
? Developing advertising leads for ad sales by using a variety of lead sources.
? Gaining in-depth knowledge about assigned industries, associations and the purpose of marketing assigned publications.
? Meeting and exceeding your clients' expectations.
