The Job
We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Finance Team to manage the accounts payable process.

The Work
-Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
-Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
-Obtain approval on all A/P batches
-Liaise with vendors and internal company staff on invoice payments
-Prepare cleared checks for storage
-Process all company reimbursements
-Assist in monthly closings
-Prepare analysis of accounts as required
-Perform filing and copying
-Prepare credit applications for vendors

The Experience
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-3+ years of experience, in accounting / bookkeeping / accounts payable role
-Strong Excel proficiency
-Comfortable with multiple systems environment
-Knowledge and application of accounting principles
