You should be young, bright, and full of fresh ideas with a good command of the English language both verbal and written. Must also be highly driven, committed, and organized all while working well under pressure. Must have strong initiative and managerial skills. You should be a problem solver who learns quickly and thrives well in a fast paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
Candidates should have extensive knowledge of the Tri-State area including bridges, parkways, tunnels and truck restrictions. You should be familiar with all DOT rules and regulations, moving documents such as bill of ladings and be extremely computer literate. We are all about using the latest technology to thrive; no old way (paper and pen) or Nextel mentalities. Must have excellent MS Word, Excel and social media skills and be meticulous with detail.
