Staten Island Based, E-Commerce Company in need of a well-rounded office assistant to help out 20+ hours each week.

Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred to be considered.
Smartphone required.
Laptop needed, but not necessary.

Basic Office duties include :
Processing Orders.
Shipping Orders.
Building and Maintaining Relationships with our partners and merchants.
Customer Service for all our customers via email and phone.
Maintain office.
Accounting. ( Balance our books ).
Social Media Management of our network of accounts.
Data Entry for our network of websites.

Located across from Staten Island Ferry in a safe, High-Profile Building.
Beautiful Views of Manhattan.
Will often be left alone and held accountable for completion of tasks.

College Student would be an ideal candidate as the business pertains to Entertainment and is a great opportunity for someone trying to find a future and company to grow with, while having knowledge of many of the trending social media networks out today.
