Full Time Office Assistant needed to assist the Office Administrator of the company. Candidate must have good communication and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented!! Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidiate must be competent with computers, email, phone system and the internet. Must have reliable transportation. Office hours are Monday - Friday

Office Assistant (Mon-Fri 2-6pm) Part-Time

IT Company in Aventura looking a responsible individual to provide in-house office assistance.

The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and have knowledge of the following responsibilities listed. To be considered for this position which include but are not limited to:

*Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
*Assistance with scheduling coordination.
*Computer literacy in ALL Windows operating systems (Microsoft Office,Word, Outlook, Excel and Etc.) This includes creation of Excel spreadsheets for importing and exporting.
*Data Entry
*Fed Ex shipping experience for label creation.
*Filing organization with accuracy and up to date keeping is a MUST!
*Must be accurate with tasks punctual and able to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
*Professionalism answering multi-phone line system for installation, service, or IT repairs
*Proficiency in English language for spell check and writing of professional documents.
*QB's and Auto-Task experience is a PLUS!!

_Minimum one year clerical record keeping and bookkeeping experience preferred.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

The successful candidate will be handling incoming phone calls, assisting with filing, HR, Billing, and Payroll. In addition, the candidate will need to perform general reception and clerical duties including registration of employees, maintaining files, data entry, answering telephone and scheduling employees to cases. To serve as a liaison between the patients and staff and perform any other duties as assigned.
