We are looking for people with experience cooking modern Mediterranean cuisine, who can take Mediterranean flavors and create innovative dishes or modern twists on traditional dishes. Must have excellent presentation and plating skills.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, mature, organized, and committed to growing with the new establishment. Must have experience directing and managing kitchen staff, doing inventory and placing orders. The individual must have NY Food handler certificate, or obtain one immediately upon hire.
Must be able to work together with owner to develop new menu items. We are looking for someone who works well with others and can work well under pressure. While we allow room for a considerable amount of creative control, the individual must understand that the Owner retains power over general creative direction of the menu and must be comfortable working with the owner on developing a menu that falls within the general vision and direction of the business.
