Buttermilk Channel looking for a Chef de Cuisine

This is a great opportunity to run the kitchen of one of Brooklyn's most popular restaurants. You will work with chef Ryan Angulo to plan menu changes and daily specials, manage the back of house staff, maintain quality, consistency and cleanliness.

Above all, we are looking for a hardworking, passionate professional who treats his co-workers with respect and believes in the virtue of serving every customer a great meal. If you fit this description, please contact us!

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :
Managing the back of house staff
Collaborating with the chef on nightly specials and menu changes
Expediting dinner and brunch service.
Maintaining standards of quality and consistency.
Controlling labor and food costs
Maintaining a clean kitchen and adhering to all dept of health regulations.
