Wanted: Internet Support Engineer

About the Position:
The position of Support Engineer a key role in the company and demands attention to detail and technical expertise as well as good communication skills. The Support engineer is responsible for:

• Email & phone based customer support.
• Developing examples and support material for Oddcast products
• Working closely with Sales personnel & R&D engineers

Requirements:
• B.A. in Computer Science
• Good understanding of Internet technologies
• Working knowledge of HTML & Javascript
• Experience with Flash an advantage
• Programming experience an advantage
• Self motivated, responsible & methodical
• Articulate, great communication skills a must!

The ideal candidate should be disciplined, goal oriented and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
