Sprinkles Cupcakes is looking for exceptional individuals who love to smile and have a keen eye for detail. The position is primarily customer service and does not include cross-training in baking or frosting cupcakes, though a love for food is key!

We promote from within and have many opportunities to grow from the Associate position, so if you are seeking a career with a fun, innovative company, we would love to hear from you! Prior experience in the food/hospitality industry is a plus but not required. If you are interested in starting a career with us, supervisory experience is also a plus but not required- we grow outstanding associates into supervisors, from many different professional backgrounds!

We are seeking full-time (and heavy part-time) applicants with flexible schedules and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ideally available to start immediately.

The position: Cupcake Associate, with potential for growth

The qualifications: Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, attention to detail
