Receptionist/Date Entry Monday through Friday

Requirements:

1. Answer telephone with a friendly upbeat demeanor
2. Accurate data entry
3. General administrative and clerical support
4. Prepare letters and documents
5. Maintain the reception area
6. Assist in ordering supplies
7. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
8. Knowledge of customer service principles
9. Verbal and written communication skills
10. Reliable/dependable
11. Flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities
12. Ability to multi-task and prioritize
13. Attention to detail
14. Typing skills (45wpm), Word, and Excel is a plus
15. Assist in traveling arrangements for CEO, Director, and Management team

Qualifications:
Office experience as a Receptionist/Office Assistant
Candidate able to take direction and learn quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Utmost professionalism, integrity, and friendly demeanor
Demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
High school diploma required

Salary $16.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience
