-All providers must have a NYS License
-Counselors must be LCSW or LMHC
-Psychologists must be PHD or PSY.D (no school psychologists)
-Speech therapists and CFY's must have TSHH or TSSLD
-Bilingual providers must have bilingual extension or passing score on BEA
