The Evolution Store (www.TheEvolutionStore.com) is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Being the primary assistant to the Director of Sales, helping to schedule daily appointments and assisting with various business and personal needs.

? Assisting with light marketing duties including maintaining our Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr accounts and blog, helping monitor website development, updating press archives, and working with website manager and staff photographer.

? Assisting store managers with maintaining employee work schedules and overseeing issues involving rescheduling.

? Other: corresponding with customers and suppliers via phone and email regarding special orders and requests; assisting Inventory Management at our other locations; keeping records of items consigned to store.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

? Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

? Excellent oral and written communication skills

? Ability to organize and prioritize a wide variety of tasks

? Knowledge of standard office equipment
