Medical Receptionist/Front Desk (Murray Hill)

Applicant should be able to:
Answer multiple phone lines, with a professional phone etiquette.
Be able to take clear messages and communicate clearly with callers
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills,
MUST be computer savvy
Proficeient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Social Media experience is a PLUS

Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- greeting and registering patients; patient check-out at end of visit
- updating patient records with personal and insurance information; scanning records into electronic system
- verify insurance information, via phone and internet
- answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
- making patients feel comfortable and providing excellent patient service.
- providing EXCELLENT service to all patients, in office and over phone.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in English
Must be legally able to work in the U.S
Medical Assistant Background is a PLUS
Dermatology Exp is a PLUS
