Global leader in voice and trading technology is looking for a Lead Developer to join their team of dynamic engineers and architects.

Responsibility:
Responsible for leading medium to large projects and/or individually complete complex work requests with high user satisfaction
Accountable to formulate/define system scope and objectives to meet project deliverables, ensuring that established timelines and cost estimates are maintained
Provide ongoing production support and maintenance of information systems as assigned. Analyze and correct system issues and respond to user inquires or problems
Share technical guidance with other team members. May instruct, direct and check the work of other staff assigned to the project
Effectively communicate and collaborate with IT leadership and business partners to deliver technically sound and cost effective solutions
Identify areas for improvement, present recommendations and champion changes. Keep apprised on industry best practices

Required Skills and Experience:
6+ years of overall technical experience in software development life cycle
Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint and .NET experience (C#, ASP), Visual Studio 2010 and other Microsoft technologies are required
Strong Experience in relational databases such as SQL Server 2005 to latest is required. Oracle is optional
Experience with Web Services Standards (SOAP, XML, WSDL, UDDI) are required
Experience with standard internet protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, POP, FTP, SMTP are required
Experience in Portal technologies especially Share Point is a plus.
Prior Intranet experience with Extranet experiences a plus
Knowledge of Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) is plus
Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills
Demonstrates initiative in taking on additional responsibilities when needed.
Demonstrates expertise in selected software languages and associated development environments and tools.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of multi-tier architectures.
Experience with working with offshore/domestic consulting development teams

***Any experience in telecom or product development is preferred
