Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST): The ILST is responsible for conducting a comprehensive functional assessment of the waiver participant, identifying the participant's strengths and weaknesses in performing Activities of Daily Living and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living related to his/her established goals. ILST services may include but not limited to assessment, training, and supervision of, or assistance to, an individual with issues related to self-care, medication management, task completion, and money management. Master's in Social Work, or Psychology with one year experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology with two years' experience required. Posting ID: 3761292569
